You and RoboApply LLC shall engage in a mandatory, good-faith sixty (60) day informal negotiation and disputemitigation window. No formal arbitration process may be legally initiated until this 60-day escalation period has completely expired.

The arbitration shall take place on an individual basis in Dallas, Texas.
The Delegation Clause: The parties explicitly agree that the arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Agreement, including any claim that all or any part of these Terms are void or voidable.
